Meet Stasi Keramidis, VP of Supply Chain.
Stasi spent over 20 years in the restaurant industry before pivoting to real estate investing, which opened the door to homebuilding. Once inside, he moved fast — Cost Accountant to Production Manager to Director of Supply Chain at a major national homebuilder, over eight years. He joined Vederra Modular in 2026.
That arc matters. Someone who came from outside the industry and built their supply chain expertise from the ground up understands exactly where costs leak and how to stop it. He's not working from habit. He's working from data.
At Vederra, Stasi owns the supply chain end-to-end. What we pay for materials, how you source them, how that discipline flows through to the final cost of a home — that's his operation. The goal is lower-cost homes without cutting quality. The path to that runs directly through supply chain.
