MCM Services Roofing is taking applications to fill 2 to 3 openings for Summer help. If you know of anyone looking for full time or even part time work, have them send me a message here on facebook, or text or call Craig at (816) 935-2283. We will send them a job application. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. We typically hire one or two college aged employees for the summer months, so if you know of someone looking to make some money before going back to school in the fall, this might be their opportunity. Hours can be flexible, so part time is ok as well. We are looking to hire 2 to 3 new employees, experience is helpful, but not essential. Also we are looking to fill a position for someone experienced in applying shingles. Laborers duties include tear off of old shingles, applying felt, clean up, tossing shingles for applications.

Here we go again. Homeowners getting scammed by door to door Storm chasing roofing companies. I'm getting calls as well from homeowners who signed a contract with someone who knocked on their door and now are having huge problems. They don't call me for an estimate, but want the honest guy to bail them out somehow from these scammers. If it sounds too good to be true, it is. Don't get caught up in "getting a deal" or getting something for free. You will pay dearly for it in the long run. Hire companies that actually do the work. Not subcontracting out to whoever they can hire to do it cheap so that they make more money. It's all a scam, whether they run off with your first insurance check and never do the work. Or if they do the work as fast as they can, cutting so many corners just to finish fast. You get scammed in both scenarios.

MCM Services Roofing is offering employment full time 35 to 45 hours per week, or part time is also available a few days per week 10 to 20 hours, possible Saturday work. Job entails tearing off old shingles, laying out tarps, clean up, tossing new shingles for applications. We use a dump trailer, so minimal clean up work. Shingles are loaded to the roof by our supplier, so no shingle packing. Experience is helpful but not mandatory. We pay weekly on Fridays. Must be 18 years old or more. Position is available immediately, or can start in a week or so. Message us if you have interest or questions.

Looking to Hire full-time 35 to 45 hours per week, or part time position (20 hours plus) Roofing, shingle tear off, clean up, felt applications, shingle tossing for applications, if interested, applications of shingles. Usually meet at the jobsites, so your own personal transportation is needed. Jobsite areas include Excelsior Springs, Richmond, Knoxville, Hardin, Polo, Lawson, Kearney, Lathrop, Liberty. Looking to fill position ASAP. Full time, or part time available. June to August employment for sure, possibly more. Must be 18 years of age or older, due to insurance requirements for construction job.

At MCM Services Roofing, we don’t just believe in doing high quality residential roofing, we deliver it, each and every time. That is a guarantee. We always use top quality products, including various types of shingle brands, and we will consult with you with our knowledge of each specific product and brand. We typically use Lifetime warranted architectural shingles including Owens Corning - Duration, Timberline HD, and Certainteed Landmark. We also offer Impact Resistent shingles, to protect more from hail storms.

Lots of companies claim they deliver quality roofing, but unfortunately most do not. One thing that separates MCM Services from the rest is that we use top quality materials, and don’t cut corners or use mediocre stuff. We tear off all nails, staples, felt, shingles, drip edge, everything from the roofing surface. We also inspect and repair all damaged or questionable wood. You would expect that all companies would do this right? Wrong. Especially companies that subcontract the labor out to someone else (approximately 90% fall into this category), often the people they hire to do your roof, get paid by the square, so they do the work as fast as possible and often cover up issues, that can almost guaranteed cause issues and leaks in the future. We fix everything that is needed, inspect all wood, all flashings, and replace when needed. These things take a little longer, but it makes a huge difference in the life and quality of your roof.

When we are ready to start tearing off your old roof, we prep the area intensely. We move out anything from the area below, including lawn ornaments, flower pots, anything loose that can be moved. We take pictures of the area, so that we can get everything back in its place after completion of the roof. We lay out tarps to cover completely the area to ensure that no debris gets missed. We also run magnets over the entire area to get any nails that might have somehow missed a tarp. When we tear off the shingles, we carry them over the roofing surface, directly to the dump trailer for disposal. So no shingles will reach the ground. We do one section of your roof at a time, before we move to another area. This ensures safety around changing weather conditions.
