TAKING SHAPE | This Week’s Project Update

A new perspective from the second floor! With walls standing, window openings framed, and exterior sheathing underway, the scale of this addition is coming into view.

This is one of our favorite stages—when the plans become spaces you can walk through, and homeowners can start to picture what’s ahead.

Proud of our crew and the care they bring to every stage, including the work that will eventually be hidden behind the finishes.

Two Jobs. Steady Progress.

The Lynch addition is taking shape, with second-floor walls going up and sheathing defining the new space. Always satisfying to see the plans become something you can stand in.

Over at 905 North Main, the focus is on the finishing details—stairways, woodwork, and exterior touches bringing the project closer to completion.

Different stages, same care. Thank you to our crew for the hard work that keeps both moving forward as we head into fall.

There’s a lot of measuring, fitting, and figuring it out behind these photos. That’s the part we love—taking an idea and working through every detail until it belongs in the space. Proud of our crew and the work we’re putting out.

Classic millwork with an industrial edge.

Warm stained wood, custom panel details, and a dark countertop give this built-in buffet its presence against the exposed masonry. Built to serve the space while respecting the character that makes it unique.

What’s to Rise 🏡

With the foundation in place, we’re one step closer to watching these plans take shape. Soon, framing will begin and the outline of this addition will become part of the home. Looking forward to getting lumber in our hands and bringing the next chapter to life.
