Executed a multifaceted scope of work on this project, which included installing underground downspouts, gutter curbs with outlet points for efficient water discharge, basement window wells, applying topsoil to achieve a positive grade away from the foundation, and performing grading work at the rear of the property, culminating in the removal of several shrubs.

This was a combination of drain install, swale install, and some asphalt work to protect this home from storm water.

Short video of filling in an old sink hole from when this property was originally developed. Builders buried all kinds of trash, stumps, and concrete and over time settling occurs in the voids and sink holes develop. I added some clay fill and top soil to bring up the grade along with seed/straw. Enjoy 😊

Recently had the opportunity to operate brand new equipment from Bobcat. The stand-on machines have proven to be extremely useful for smaller tasks and navigating tight spaces.
