Part of what we do in commercial roofing isn’t just about roofs—it’s about showing up, learning, growing, connecting, and yes, having a little fun along the way. 💧 Why is My Roof Leaking in the Same Spot Even After Repairs? 🛠️

One of the most frustrating experiences for property owners is discovering that a roof leak has returned, seemingly in the same place where it was previously repaired. As roofing professionals, we understand how concerning this can be, and we want to shed some light on why this happens.

1️⃣ Underlying Issues: Often, a recurring leak is not just about the visible damage but might indicate deeper, underlying issues. If the initial repair addressed only the surface problem, such as a small crack or puncture, but didn't account for structural damage or compromised materials, the leak may resurface.
