It’s tempting to speed through a roof for the paycheck, but we know that some problems can only be fixed every 30 years when the sheets can come off and the attic can be fully inspected. Insufficient insulation and airflow can cause compounding expenses from energy loss to ice damming. It’s itchy and frustrating work, but we love to leave a roof that can perform properly for the next 30.
