Chokecherry trees are prone to failure when they reach maturity, it is more cost effective to address them before they crush neighbors fences and outbuildings. They also will grow roots from limbs on roofs if there is enough leaf litter to create a suitable rooting environment. This can damage roofing material and repairs can be costly. Take care of your trees before they create unwanted repair bills!
