Filed this complaint for “breach of contract and malicious slander” against Mr. C**t Soule owner of Soule Development a former sub contractor...in the court of small claims.

Received a montary damage award for actual damages in the amount of $4530.00 for breach of contract and substandard work and in addition a $5000.00 montary damage award for malicious slander.

Defendant, in the matter at hand, had more than the statutory time limit to refute claims... but chose to make no defense or denial of claims...🤔
