On September 30, 2023, a couple days before the snow started flying, we did some work at The Lodge at Black Rapids. We climbed ladders from several decks to a copper roof to install a 70lb fabricated chimney cap. Alot of work, but the techs worked hard on that windy day. We also did our annual cleaning of the double sided masonry fireplace. Such a beautiful area.

Cleaning a boiler stack down in a crawl space. Found the cap was full of oil soot. Make sure to keep your boiler chimneys maintained regularly.
