WORK IN PROGRESS: Building What’s Next

When you’re building something for the first time, the details matter.

Fairchance Construction is currently erecting a new Butler Building for repeat client MountainCreek Properties—and this project represents a first-of-its-kind Butler building on the East Coast.

From steel fabrication and cutting metal to setting structural components and working high above the ground, this project is a true look at construction in motion.

What makes this project especially unique is the collaboration happening right on the jobsite. Butler Manufacturing is working alongside Fairchance Construction’s crews and project managers, bringing their expertise together to tackle the challenges of this innovative building system.
