🏡 One home. Three projects. One great partnership.

We’re working alongside a local General Contractor on three separate projects at the same home:

➡️ A cantilever deck
➡️ A traditional deck
➡️ A front landing

Each space has different foundation needs, but Postech screw piles provide a reliable solution across all three projects while keeping excavation and site disturbance to a minimum.

🌿 Building in a sensitive environment requires the right foundation solution.

This shed for a nature school in Rutland, Vermont is the first phase of a much larger project and Postech screw piles played an important role in making the project possible in a wetland area.

Because screw piles require minimal excavation and site disturbance compared with traditional foundations, they can be an excellent solution for challenging or environmentally sensitive sites.

In this case, the foundation solution helped the project move forward through the permitting process while minimizing impact to the surrounding wetland.

And this is just the beginning… 👀
