This one was a BIG transformation. 🤍

We recently wrapped up this full first-floor remodel, and there are so many details to love.

We completely renovated the kitchen, laundry room and half bath, along with refinishing the original hardwood floors throughout the first floor.

The kitchen got a major upgrade with new cabinetry, quartz countertops and backsplash, a massive contrasting island, new lighting, under-cabinet lighting and some seriously good storage features - including a hidden mixer lift and pull-out spice storage.

We carried the new cabinetry into the laundry room for tons of additional storage and finished everything off with a refreshed half bath.

We love getting to work on projects where we can transform multiple spaces at once. Everything flows together, but each room still has a little personality of its own.

Primary bathroom transformation complete! ✔️🤩

This space is the perfect mix of warm, bright and timeless.

We incorporated a large custom tiled shower with frameless glass, large niche, rain head + handheld, a freestanding tub centered under the window, double vanity, custom wainscoting and brushed nickel finishes throughout.

We love how all of the different textures came together in this one - from the glossy shower tile and marble hex accents to the warm wood vanity and detailed trim work around the tub.

And one of our favorite parts? This isn’t our first project with these homeowners! We started with a full remodel of their hall bathroom, just wrapped up this primary bathroom, and now we’re moving on to a full first-floor remodel. There’s no bigger compliment than a customer trusting our team with their home again and again. 🤍

Whatever you call it, it doesn’t have to be boring. ✨

This remodel proves that clean, timeless design can still have plenty of personality.

We paired textured wall tile, a custom walk-in shower, LED mirror, brushed gold finishes, beautiful quartz countertop, and a deep blue vanity to create a space that’s practical enough for everyday use while still feeling high-end.

Sometimes the “secondary” bathroom ends up being everyone’s favorite. 🤩

This kitchen doesn’t whisper. It makes a statement.

From the rich solid-wood cabinetry to the perfectly placed island, custom pantry pull-outs, elegant quartz details, and that show-stopping backsplash behind the hood vent… every inch of this kitchen was designed to be as functional as it is beautiful.

One of my favorite parts of this project is how much storage we were able to create without sacrificing the clean, modern feel. The result is a space that feels larger, brighter, and built for real life.

To top it off - we gave the powder room a nice upgrade as well.

If you want to see the true character of a community, look at how it responds when one of its own needs help. ✔️

A member of our community who is disabled was in desperate need of an exterior paint job, and together we were able to make it happen.

When I posted on FB a few weeks ago about a neighbor in need - Zach Baker (owner of Bakerz Painting and Remodeling) sent me a message. He didn't hesitate. In fact, he was more eager about helping than I expected. I had quite a few people reach out with quotes to do the work. But Zach? He refused to let me pay for the labor and only asked that I cover the materials. He didn’t even want to accept the money I offered for lunch for the guys - but I won that fight. 😉

In a world that often feels focused on what people can get, today was a reminder of what can happen when people focus on what they can give.

Community isn't built through Facebook posts, networking events, or business cards. It's built through people showing up for one another when there's a genuine need and nothing expected in return.

I'm incredibly grateful for Zach and his team for donating their time, talent, and hard work to help someone who truly needed it.

This is what community looks like.

This is what "people over profits" looks like.

And this is exactly the kind of world I want to be a part of.

The contrast in this space does all the talking:
Matte black fixtures against bright quartz surfaces, oversized marble-look tile, custom cabinetry, and frameless glass that keeps everything feeling open and seamless.

A lot of subtle detail went into this one:
• Custom shower niche with black trim
• LED backlit mirrors
• Full-height large format tile
• Integrated makeup vanity
• Clean-lined modern plumbing fixtures

Timeless design doesn’t always have to be loud to make an impact.
