This lovely 10X16 Deluxe Cottage has been featured on some of our prior promotional material, but I like posting it because it is a nice looking shed. It first came to our lot back in January or February, and has enjoyed a prominent place ever since. All deluxe cottages come with extra windows, transom windows on all doors, the skyview dormer window, and a 1' gable overhang.
All of our buildings come with 12" centers on floor joists and 3/4" pressure treated plywood flooring. All of our buildings 10' and wider come with roof sheeting and 16" centers on roof trusses and wall studs. We make the strongest shed for the price out of all of our competitors.

Sold! We just sold this 12X20 cottage. It features two sets of double windows, and our mahogany colored polyurethane. The wood color and the symmetry of the windows makes it look really sharp.

This is an example of our 10X12 High barn. This high barn comes with two 24"X36" windows, two 4' lofts, and a 6' barn door. I've posted a 10X12 high barn before, but I am particularly fond of this one due to its internal symmetry. The two four foot lofts, with the two windows in between creates a nice effect.

This is an example of our 10X16 High barn. This high barn comes with two 24"X36" windows, two 4' lofts, and a 6' barn door. Fun fact, when we were building our website, we used this shed's roof as the texture for the top of the page. Also, it is 5% off during the month of June.

This is an example of our 10X16 deluxe cottage. All deluxe cottages come with three 24"X36" windows, skyview dormer windows, a 3' shop door with a transom window, a 6' barn door with transom windows, and a 12" gable overhang. They're a great addition to any yard both for their utility and aesthetics. Effie is certainly fond of this one.

Something we offer on our sheds that I really think looks nice are transom windows. Transom windows are small windows that are generally on top of doorways. They originated as a way to promote airflow, while allowing doors to remain closed in the days before central air conditioning. Our transom windows don't open separate from the door panels. However, they offer you the benefit of being able to see through your door, and they do look really good. Pictured here is our 12X24 High barn, with transom windows on a double door.

I thought it would be fitting to have the first post featuring Effie be in one of our playhouses. This one is 8'X12' and features three rectangular windows and a heart shaped window. There's an adult sized double door on the right side, as well as a child sized Dutch door in front. A Dutch door is one where the top and bottom half of the door are separate pieces, so the top can open independent of the bottom. Effie here is showcasing this feature.
