Boys are getting after it in Lebanon, Ohio.

We are approaching the halfway mark for this project, with one more building scheduled for completion this year before we wrap up. Yesterday, we installed 1/8-inch sound reduction mat, topped with 3/4-inch thick cementitious underlayment. To date, we have installed the sound reduction mat and poured floors in 7 out of the 16 buildings involved in this project.

We successfully installed 1/8” sound reduction mats in every unit on the 4th floor and poured 1” of Levelrock 2500.

Despite some equipment setbacks, our crew persevered and completed the 4th floor with an impressive 650 bags poured!

🏗️ Exciting progress at The Flats of Woodland in Lexington, KY!

We’ve successfully poured the 2nd and 3rd floors with Levelrock 2500, applying it at a thickness of 3/4”.

This state-of-the-art gypsum cement product is designed for superior floor underlayment. It provides excellent sound control but also creates a durable, smooth surface for the next stages of construction.
