It’s been a super busy summer; our clients are traveling the world, and so are our instructors! While I love the sunny days and warm weather, I really dislike the inconsistence in my schedule — particularly my workouts! Was finally able to get a quick spine corrector workout in last week and felt so much better after — especially after sticking this move 😉 I look forward to the routine that fall always brings.
