Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Roofing Crew Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in one or more of composition, metal, and TPO roofing, demonstrating strong leadership skills to efficiently manage and lead a roofing crew.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead a roofing crew in the tear off and installation of composition, metal, and TPO roofing systems.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on job sites.
- Coordinate and schedule daily tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Train and mentor crew members in roofing techniques and safety practices.
- Inspect work for quality assurance and compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and communicate effectively with clients.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Roofing Crew Leader or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in composition, metal, and TPO roofing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of roofing tools and equipment.
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
