A basement drain problem turned into a larger excavation and repair project for another homeowner in Fairfield, Iowa.
After investigating recurring drainage issues in the laundry area, we located a failing section of the home's main drain line beneath the concrete floor. Our team removed concrete, excavated below the slab, exposed the damaged drain line, completed repairs, backfilled the excavation, and restored the concrete floor.
