Happy Hump Day! RDES starts our mornings and after any breaks with Dynamic stretching. Everyone doesn't always see the purpose in policies, yet these dynamic stretches have been proven to reduce repetitive motion injuries. Shout out to Devon Gump and Dakota Bruce for making sure everyone is involved!

Happy Hump day from RDES! We start are mornings and after breaks off with some dynamic stretching. It may seem somewhat corny to our field personnel, but it has been proving to reduce risk of injury from repetitive motions. Shout out to Devon Gump and Dakota Bruce for holding the standard!

RDES Inc. has been busy working on a 6-floor project. Floor prep work, leaving the slab shiny clean, for the new to go back. The third picture shows part of our crew dismantling multiple moveable partitions prior to the floor prep. RDES appreciates the dedication and experience of Devon Gump and crew on this project!
