This winter, we helped this customer start clearing their newly purchased property for a future home build.

A few months later, they gave us a call and said they were ready to open up more of the lake.

One of my favorite parts of this job is watching a piece of ground slowly turn into someone’s dream property. Every return trip gets them one step closer to the vision they had when they bought it.

Thankful for the opportunity to help bring it to life.

Major property transformation on this one.

We widened the garage entrance, installed drainage to move water away from the retaining walls, regraded the property for better flow, cleaned up rough areas, and reshaped the entire yard to make the property more usable and easier to maintain.

A lot of these projects are more than just moving dirt — it’s about making everything work together correctly while making the property look cleaner and more finished at the same time.

The final grade completely changed the feel of this place.

New storage shed going in at Brookstone Estates, so we came in and built the pad the right way from the ground up.

Removed the old shed, Cut down to undisturbed soil, built it back up with CA6, and finished it off with a clean grade around the edges using the HydraBucket.

If water is stacking up against your foundation, it’s something to fix sooner rather than later. We installed foundation drainage and tied the gutter runoff into French drains to move that water out and away where it belongs. A straightforward solution that can help prevent much bigger problems down the road.
