Wildflower Lane Cottage blends classic French Country character with a contemporary edge — steep curved rooflines, a brick exterior, and an arched entryway honor its historical roots, while dark windows, painted brick, and copper roof accents bring it firmly into the present. “The Chocolate Box” — our clients shared that this is what they call their home. It’s a phrase originating from the late Victorian era. Chocolate boxes were intricately designed and beautifully crafted, and now, this expression is used to describe something that’s “pretty in a conventional or idealized way.”

Maison de Pierre is a concept design by Bob Chatham Custom Home Design — natural stone veneer, a steep slate roof, and precast trim around arched window and door openings define the exterior language of this French Country estate. Tall windows and recurring arch details carry a consistent architectural theme across the facade, while a gracious arched entry portico leads to a private courtyard and garage beyond. Designed for a large estate lot, the scale and symmetry of this home feel both grand and grounded.

Prés de L'eau is a classic coastal cottage. Painted cedar shake siding, a symmetrical facade, and timeless southern design features define the exterior language of this custom home. Gas lanterns cast a warm glow at the entry, while a spacious rear porch extends from the main living spaces and primary suite toward the water — a place to gather, unwind, or simply watch the sunset. Maison de la Lumière — a grand courtyard entry sets the tone, with a sweeping double staircase leading to an expansive arched glass entryway that anchors the facade with elegance and scale. Light stucco, curved tile rooflines, and large decorative brackets define the exterior language of this custom waterfront home, a collaboration with Vlahos, DeBogory & Tuck Construction. Both the front and rear elevations are lined with windows, allowing natural light to flood the interior throughout the day. The rear of the home opens to a covered outdoor living space that feels at once sheltered and connected — framing the pool and the environment beyond.

The open layout is expansive and warm, with natural wood accents carried throughout the interior. Camellia Cottage is a custom Southern home — painted brick, board and batten accents, and a symmetrical facade define the exterior language of this cottage-style residence. A broad, inviting covered porch and generous brick stair entry welcome you through French doors into the warmth of the interior. Inside, the spacious open layout showcases high ceilings and meticulous attention to detail. Upon entry, a piano room and formal dining area flank either side of the foyer, setting the tone for the elegance carried throughout the home.

Destin's Luxury Bayfront is a custom coastal home and collaboration with VDT Construction and our team—light stucco, concrete tile roof, and dark framed windows define the exterior language of this waterfront home. The open layout allows natural light to flow seamlessly through the interior, drawn in through an abundance of floor-to-ceiling windows. The rear elevation opens fully to the bay, with covered porches and a second-story balcony that dissolve the boundary between interior and environment.

This design was beautifully executed with attention to detail by VDT Construction.
