This kitchen turned out beautiful for my truly amazing customers Dawn and Charlie Abel of Welcome, MN. This project was quite a challenge with the main structure having heavy settling concerns. After Demolition, we added new supports and raised the floor, leveled the rest and added new flooring throughout. In the kitchen area a false beam was removed for a more open appearance and to allow cabinet space. We installed new sheet rock and had Tomforde home improvements tape and texture. Tricia Brevig took care of painting. Thank you both for your assistance on this project! We installed the new cabinets and trim throughout. Thank you, Dawn and Charlie! I can't wait any longer to post this Basement remodel for Jack Siebring of Fairmont. I have lost all the before pictures I had of this job unfortunately. This was done back in June of this year. This project tested my trim abilities without a doubt. Low ceilings, beams, and transition the old panel going up the stairs. We stripped the osb walls and replaced with drywall credit to Bryan Tomforde. Jack did his own painting on this one and had Jake's Carpet provide and install flooring. Cramer Remodeling and Home Improvement Services took care of all demolition, removed a window and framed in the new French doors and installed, installed interior doors and trim throughout. Sorry it took so long to post Jack. I was really hoping to recover the original pics for comparison. Thank you so much for your business!

Here is a nice little remodel project done for Pastor Merrill Davis and the Church of Christ in Truman, MN. I'm a little behind on my posts. This one was done in April and we were called back shortly after to install more flooring in the entryway and kitchen. Thank you so much for your business Merrill! It was a pleasure working with you and the church! Also a big thanks to Ron's Plumbing, HVAC, and Electric of Winnebago for doing a great job on the shower, toilet, and washer dryer installs! As well as Tomforde Home improvements for drywall install and finishing! Having great professionals to work with really makes a job come together!

Working away in Truman, MN today. Bathroom remodel. We will be installing new flooring, new vanity and mirror, new fixtures, drywall, toilet, sink, and trim. In the other room, we are extending a closet for a new washer/dryer, adding bi fold door, and trim, new red cedar wall panels, and trim. Stay tuned for the finish pic's!

Hello Everyone! Welcome to this sneak peek of our current project for Step Inc. of Fairmont. With 5,200sqft of underlayment down, 5 new restrooms, Changing room, Laundry room, Kitchen, several border walls, and closet completed framing is almost finished. Excited to announce the start of this project for Step Inc. of Fairmont! Hired as general contractor for this project. This project will be an entire interior renovation. We will be adding 6 new rooms, 5 of which will be ADA approved restrooms. A new laundry room and a warming kitchen. This project has been much anticipated and will take up to 6 months to complete. A big thank you to Doug and Christina Nigon of Fairmont! It was a pleasure working with both of you on this project. This backyard deck received quite the facelift and once again the results speak for themself. The main structure was in great shape and built well allowing us to resurface with new Trex composite decking and fascia, and new Afco aluminum drink rail with composite top. This was a nice little project to start the year. Removed load bearing wall, old paneling throughout, added new furring strips, and Thomforde home improvements helped with drywall.
