We took the team on an office field trip to Pittsburgh, and let's just say... we didn't disappoint ourselves. 👀

Topgolf, Rivers Casino, and a stroll through the Strip District; a little competition, a little luck, and a lot of good food.

Strong teams are built on trust and time together, and we had plenty of both earlier this month. Here's to the best team in the business! 💙

This month, our team had the honor of attending National Night Out events in both Marion and Monongalia Counties! 🚨

Events like these are a powerful reminder of the incredible men and women who show up every single day to keep our communities safe and strong: law enforcement, military, first responders, and so many others who serve without hesitation.

A little hard work deserves a little ice cream! 🍦

We had a blast inviting the Westover community out to the jobsite for some Jazzy's Ice Cream as a small thank-you for their patience during our City of Westover Stormwater Project.

We know construction can be an inconvenience, and we never take it for granted when a community bears with us while we do what we do. The Westover community has been nothing but gracious, and we truly appreciate it.

Giving back is just as important to us as building strong infrastructure. 💙

This past Friday, the Blue Gold Development team was proud to participate in the United Way of Harrison and Doddridge Counties Day of Caring!

Our team split into two groups to make an impact:
📌 Team 1 helped put together marketing items for the United Way
📌 Team 2 removed a raised flower bed at the West Milford Community Center

We believe in showing up for our community, not just on the jobsite, but everywhere we can lend a hand. Thank you to the United Way for the opportunity to serve!
