At IMPACT Strategies, we are proud to support St. Louis Children's Hospital KIDstruction Week and its mission to help provide critical care, programs, and resources for the children and families who rely on St. Louis Children's Hospital every day.

Our commitment to this cause is especially meaningful through our partnership with BJC HealthCare on the Children's Specialty Care Center in Wentzville. This project represents more than a new healthcare facility — it will expand access to specialized pediatric care and create a lasting impact for families across our region.

We were honored to welcome KIDstruction Board members Mike Hayes and Nick Arb to the BJC HealthCare Children's Specialty Care Center project site in Wentzville — a visit that reinforced just how meaningful and far-reaching these efforts truly are.

This year's KIDstruction Ambassador, David, serves as a powerful reminder of why this work matters. KIDstruction Week brings together leaders from across the architecture, engineering, and construction industries to make a difference in the lives of local children and families.

Congratulations to Amber Trout on her promotion to Senior Operations & Systems Manager!

Amber has played a key role in strengthening our operations, improving processes, and supporting teams across the company. In her new role, she will continue to lead operational excellence, oversee key systems and technology initiatives, support our Project Assistant and Office Support teams, and advance our company-wide safety program.

⭐ Project Completion ⭐

IMPACT Strategies is proud to announce the completion of SIU Foundation's new Tedrick Welcome Center at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale — the first major new building on campus in more than a decade.

This state-of-the-art, 44,000-square-foot facility will serve as the front door to SIU, welcoming future Salukis, alumni, donors, and visitors for generations to come. The center includes a visitor and event space, the new home of the SIU Foundation, and flexible gathering areas designed to support campus and community engagement.

Congratulations to everyone involved in creating a space that will leave a lasting impact on the SIU community.

We’re proud of our team for stepping up last weekend to support Keep Belleville Beautiful! 🌎

Our team was assigned 20 blocks along Main Street, where they spent the morning picking up trash and helping make the community a cleaner, more welcoming place for everyone. It’s always rewarding to step outside the jobsite and make an impact where we live and work.
