As of April 14 your home may be worth less unless you take steps today!

Here’s 5 signs hail damage could be hiding where you CAN’T see it:

1️⃣ Granules collecting in your gutters
Those black “sand-like” particles are actually protective granules from your shingles. Hail knocks them loose, exposing the roof to faster aging and UV damage.

2️⃣ Random dark spots or bruising on shingles
Hail impacts can weaken shingles without tearing them off. Many damaged roofs look “fine” from the ground while the mat underneath is compromised.

3️⃣ Bent or dented metal around the home
Check:
✔ Gutters
✔ Downspouts
✔ Roof vents
✔ Window wraps
✔ AC units

If metal was hit, your roof likely was too.
