Another one checked of the list. This 4ft chain link fence was holding about 12-18 inches of years of dirt and leaves back like a retaining wall. The dogs would walk right over this like a stick in the park. We came in and built a cost friendly retaining wall to hold the years of new grade, that have built up in the yard, and help set fence posts for the home owner who wanted to put thier touch on finishing this back yard project.
We are always happy to help in any stage of a project whether the project is bigger then you thought, or would like us to come in and do the dirt work so you can finish with your personal touch.

Another beautiful spring clean up, mulch, and mow all wrapped. It was a stressful 3 days. Day 1- 70°: remove all mulch
next 2 days 40° and snowed so wasn't productive
Day 2 and 3 on the job again 70° and sunny: finished prepping all the beds, spread 30 yards of mulch, moved a shed, mowed the grass cleaned everything up to be perfect. Made the yard pop and read for the summer fun.

Out with the old in with the BIGGER AND BETTER!
We help a great recurring client with replacing this dead 5-6ft pine that has struggled since it was installed with a hardier 11-12ft colorado spruce. 90% of the trees we replaced we find the metal cage still around the root ball. Those need to be removed when planted. We found the one for this dead tree and the tree prior to the dead one's cage. This also told us either time the soil was not properly amended and the hole was not properly dug. We plant trees to make them survive.

With cold weather coming in tonight, protect you "ass"ets. If you have a old blanket or moving blanket, wrap you backflow (if you have turned it on). Wrap the blanket around the exposed waterlines and put a trash bag over it. Those thin water line insulation covers and backflow bags are not ment for these long cold temps. Those are good for that quick over night low. Wrapping it in the blanket will give it more thermal barier to get threw the next 24 hours. Ground Temps are well above freezing and you don't need to stress about anything underground. Its just the exposed above ground lines.

Straighten out this pasture fence today. Thank you to Thomas Michael with R&S Services LLC and his team for the partnership today to get this complete. 105 "T" post; unhooked all wire fence, electric fence, hand pulled the posts out of the ground, realigned with corner posts, reinstalled post (straight) by hand, reattached wire fence, reattached electric fence all while keeping the horse's in and giving them a show to watch.
