As we conclude our latest project, we take a moment to reflect on the team's diligent efforts, which enabled us to complete the project not only on time but also ahead of schedule without any delays. Our customer now benefits from a state-of-the-art Honeywell E3 gas detection system, which detects CO and NO2 levels and alerts building occupants through horns and strobe lights. This sequence of operation integrates the control of all MAU, Exhaust Fans, and RTU via a comprehensive web-based system by Distech Controls.

Excited to share the latest school EMS (energy management systems) upgrade featuring Distech Controls. With our in-house panel build, this new central plant panel marks the start of a significant improvement, replacing a 25-year-old system that lacked user control. Previously, the manual operation throughout the building consumed 10x more energy usage than necessary. With this energy management upgrade, the school department anticipates enhanced building comfort, alongside reduced KWh and therms consumption.

As the year draws to a close, we are pleased to announce the successful completion of another efficient VFD and motor upgrade. This project involved the replacement of two 5 HP motors for the hot water loop and two 30 HP motors for the chilled water loop within a manufacturing facility. The entire system is regulated by a Distech ECY-400 central controller, equipped with an intuitive touch screen interface. Our partnership with the utility company enables us to offer our clients substantial energy savings with minimal upfront costs. We are fully licensed and insured in HVAC and electrical in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
