He checked the heating system, making sure all connections were secure and that it heated up quickly and properly. He answered questions I had about my thermostats. "My heat pump broke the first week I moved into my new house so it was very stressful period and on top of it the couple of companies I called first to look into it quoted me jaw dropping prices to replace them which honestly I couldn't afford since I had spend much of my savings on this house.
