Ezequiel “EZ” is one of our talented door, window, and trim installers. With a keen eye for detail, he makes sure every job he’s assigned to is done right. With many years of experience as a door and window installer, we can always count on EZ to deliver exceptional results.

Project walkthrough with Cole.

For months now, our team has worked on a total home remodel of a 1970’s era house in San Diego. This project by Youngren Construction called for all new windows and doors, baseboards and more throughout the home.

The homeowners also selected some really unique custom doors:

-First is a French Door with Side Lights that open and lock independently of the main door. That means you can get a nice breeze through these little doors, each containing its own screen to keep the critters out.
-Next is a sliding Pocket Door in the master bathroom to save space, eliminating the standard swinging door.

Overall the home is more open, with lots of natural light and space for the clients to enjoy. We really enjoyed working with the Youngren Construction team, as always.

Meet the team: Cole 🙋‍♂️
If you’ve worked with Youngren Tradeworks, you’ve probably met Cole Traut. He’s our company Supervisor and Estimator, and does most of our customer communication. Cole is kind, friendly, and a fast learner.

Cole previously worked at Youngren Construction, so he understands the full construction process of a home or commercial build. This perspective comes in handy when scheduling out the window, door, and trim aspect of each client’s jobs. (Especially the large scale construction projects that contractors come to us with.)

Cole loves the outdoors, which is a plus for someone who is on the go to our various construction sites throughout the week. We are proud to have Cole on our team taking care of our customers, projects, team, and so much of the behind the scenes details.

We’ve made a lot of progress on our new building here in Fallbrook.

Currently, we share office space with Youngren Construction. Soon, the Youngren Tradeworks team will have our own location, complete with showroom, office and warehouse storage.

In this video, our foreman Cole Traut explains the project and what’s coming up next. You can also see some of our installers hard at work putting up some protective wall paneling in the new building.

Progress on our new space is coming along, and we hope to be moved in by the end of summer.

Caught us in a rare moment… sitting still.

Most days, our trucks are out on job sites helping homeowners and contractors get their projects across the finish line.

So if you’re at our Fallbrook office and see one of our trucks parked here, it won’t be for long! We’re always getting ready for the next project.

Sometimes it’s a general contractor's large scale home renovation with dozens of doors and windows. Others it’s a construction company's big millwork and trim project with molding, paneling, ceiling beams, and closet shelves. Sometimes it’s just a homeowner's quick, clean retrofit window installation. Our team takes care of it all!

Job site tour, part 2.
This busy home remodel in Encinitas is coming along very nicely. Working with Rosewood Development, the Youngren Tradeworks team is hard at work on molding, trim, shelving, and paneling throughout the house.

Our installer Dennis continues his tour, showing us more of the in-progress work he and the Tradeworks team are working on.

We're making great progress every day, and can't wait to see everything come together. Thank you to the Rosewood Development team for trusting us with this extensive home remodel.
