Angelica holds a BA in Architecture from the University of San Diego and began her career in the architectural field before making the transition into Project Management.
With four years of experience managing diverse commercial and residential construction projects, she brings a strong architectural perspective, organization, and hands-on project experience to the team.

We're thrilled to welcome Anamargarita Baasch (Ana) to the team as our new Project Manager!

Ana brings a powerhouse blend of architectural design and business strategy backed by a Master's in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University and years of experience leading design firms. She has a true passion for turning complex blueprints into seamless, beautiful dream homes and for making the entire build process a joy for our clients.

Last weekend, one of our clients proudly opened their newly renovated home for the Holmes Run Acres Home & Garden Tour. It was truly inspiring and exciting to witness their happiness and pride as they shared their home with visitors and just as exciting to watch visitors appreciate the thoughtful work and transformation behind it. The project was a complete renovation, but preserving the original architectural character of the home was one of our top priority. Instead of replacing its identity, we embraced its timeless design and reimagined it into a modern version that still honors the spirit of the original home. 🏡✨
