Current Job Opening
We are looking for a competent office/sales assistant to help with the daily operations of the business. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working individual able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. Must be able to work independently and have good problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Answering phone calls and writing up service orders
• Inventory – ordering & receiving
• Assist with AR & AP
• Filing
• Updating price books
• Waiting on customers
• Cleaning on downtime
Requirements & Skills include:
• Working knowledge of office equipment
• Thorough understanding of inventory from ordering through the AP process
• Proficient in MS Office – including Word and Excel
• Knowledge of QuickBooks
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
This is a full-time 40 hour per week position with the hours of 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday and a 1-hour lunch break
