Officially welcoming our newest company crew boat - 46’ wesmac which will take the place of our trusted 36’ crew boat that has served us well since 1998. Commuting decades of skilled employees to and from Martha’s Vineyard. We appreciate the island for being a great community to work with for over 35 years and we know this bigger boat will make the commute that much smoother (not to mention 10 minutes faster). 🚤💨💨💨

Huge thank you to Captain Eric Scholter and his wife Kim Rasmussen-Scholterfor outfitting the new On Island to LLC standards, bringing the boat home to Falmouth Harbor, and for making sure its safe and comfortable for our crews.

Last week, we brought our team together for our Annual Safety & Engagement Meeting at the Kilburn The Kilburn Mill — and it was a great reminder of what makes this company so special.

We’re grateful to our keynote speaker, retired Navy Seal turned leadership expert, Steve Ward of Echelon Front, for sharing powerful insights on leadership and extreme ownership, and to our other guest speaker Dr. Ashley Katzenback, owner and founder of Cape Concierge Physical Therapy, for encouraging simple, everyday habits that support long-term health, happiness, and longevity.

Most importantly, this day was about our people. We spent time together, shared some laughs, and took a moment to recognize the hard work, dedication, and pride our team brings year after year.

We hope everyone left feeling appreciated — because you truly are.

And we can never forget our talented photographer Jeff Adams for capturing the event!
