HVAC roughed in. ✅
Electrical ran, panel and meter base set & inspected ✅
Walls insulated✅

Sheetrock is on order and planned for install next week. Our clients are thrillled and amazed at how quickly we are progressing.

We have kicked off a new development project in Lone Oak area & it’s well underway. We have been in the planning phase with the client for a few months now and it’s GO TIME!!!!

This is a first time property purchase and development for this great couple and we are excited to help bring it to life with them. Along the way we will be gathering some “before, during and finished” video/photo drone footage to capture the progress for our client.

The Atkins have a great backyard retreat spot for themselves and we are extremely appreciative for the opportunity to aide in it’s creation. They have been fantastic to work with and hope to support with future projects of theirs.

Beautiful day for some debris haul outs. 94 pines cut and hauled off. Worksite is dressed, seeded, and strawed.

Our team knocked it out the park and I couldn’t be more proud of the progress. Love it when planning executes flawlessly. Most importantly is Mr. Bill is 100% satisfied with the results.

Now it time to run next door to complete another one!!!

Progress continues on our Ky Lake project!!! Plumbing is roughed in and we are planning hvac & electrical rough-in currently. This weather isn’t hindering us now…let’s get it!!!!
