Day 2 on bathroom 3 in the whole building remodel... finished up demo, laid down new subfloor, rockwool for noise and fire and not pictured drywall on the back wall. I now 3 bathrooms ready for new tub/shower.

Here's a big reason why I personally don't like to see layered drywall and the vinyl wanescoat in bathrooms, because bathrooms typically are the smallest room in your home/ apartment and combined with high moisture from showering and potential leaks molding is lots easier to form. Good quality exhaust fans help with this but they need to ran every time the shower is on.

This bathroom is being remodeled by me and it'll be 100% clean of mold when im done.

Sometimes tools need to be replaced.... after all a quality job comes from years of experience and quality tools certainly help.

One last thing to frame out tomorrow and I should be done with the framing work on the lower level of this 4plex... then I wait for electrical,plumbing and insolation to be done then I can start drywall hanging.

More progress on my current project, got all the remaining hard surface flooring out, the rest of the mold is out and cleaned, and got a good start on the closet headers.
