That's over 20,000 sf total, and it's priced to move: just $2/sf for individual lots, or $1/sf if you buy out an entire lot.

Phase Three at Faith UMC in north Fargo consists of a new Kitchen floor. In the process of removing the old flooring we came across a moisture issue that required us to delay the installation to determine where the water was coming from. We applied an exopy sealer to mitigate the moisture and installed the Armstong homogeneous heat welded sheet vinyl, making this kitchen meet commercial kitchen requirements. Here is the perfect example of using a sheet vinyl in a small space. Bathrooms can often be overwhelmed with larger bodied tile. Rule of thumb is at least three pattern repeats across any given area. The multi sized squares in this pattern works to visually stretch the space and look appropriate, not to mention, nothing is easier to clean than sheet vinyl! This homeowner confessed to accidentally flooding the main floor of their home with an overflowing kitchen sink. The vinyl plank weathered the flood easily with only a couple of planks lifting along the end, which was a simple fix. The adjacent carpet didn't fare as well, and needed to be replaced.
