Building great communities means showing up for them, too. 💙

Last week, our team joined United Way of Cass-Clay for Day of Action, spending the day giving back right here in our community. From packing meals with Great Plains Food Bank to helping restore prairie with the Fargo Park District and United Prairie Foundation, it was a pretty great reminder that community is built in all kinds of ways.

This week, we were proud to officially break ground with the City of Ada, Minnesota, on their new municipal complex.

This 18,400-square-foot project will bring Ada Public Works, City Hall, and City Police together in a single operational space.

Construction is well underway at The Village Cooperative, a new 58-unit community bringing a fresh housing option to the Billings market. Designed for active adults seeking a lower-maintenance lifestyle, the three-story development will feature one-level living homes, secure underground parking, and shared spaces built to bring neighbors together.

The project also includes a precast floor system, believed to be a first for a multi-family building in Billings, helping drive efficiency without compromising quality. We’re proud to help bring this innovative community to life.
