This home out by Kindred, Nd had two braces that were put in as a precautionary measure for a big heavy fireplace above, but the braces were in the way and up on blocks & leaning and raised concerns for the buyers. A realtor reached out and needed a solution, so I suggested a brace wall spanning 2 trusses directly underneath fireplace that is solid, snug, and sturdy and then reinforced the ribbons that ran through the floor trusses as well.

Just finished this garage with 2 coats of 1 part epoxy garage floor & concrete paint. This garage was flaking and chipping pretty bad from all the traffic over the years but I ground out as much as I could and got it smooth as can be without going to deep. Another happy homeowner.

Another brick step repair on some loose treads. Now it’s solid as can be.
