From cracked pavers to fresh concrete — Concordia sidewalk redo

Another one in progress at Concordia College — pulling out an old, worn paver sidewalk and replacing it with fresh concrete. Solid work from the crew keeping campus walkways safe and looking sharp. More before/after shots coming as we wrap this one up.

This is a below-grade window well (areaway) under construction at Concordia College, built against the brick exterior wall of a campus building. The structure has poured concrete retaining walls, showing visible form-tie marks and some surface staining, topped with a course of buff/tan stone or precast concrete coping caps. The base is filled with pea gravel for drainage, positioned below a foundation-level
