Welcome to our page! Whether you’re new here or have been here awhile, we’d love to take a moment to introduce ourselves!

We’re Alec and Josie, the proud owners of River Valley Renovations LLC & Construction Services.

As a family-owned, licensed, and insured construction company, we believe every project is about more than building or renovating—it’s about creating spaces where families make memories and helping strengthen the communities we call home.

Alec brings 15+ years of construction expertise in renovations, restoration, new home construction, and commercial construction services. He has proudly been serving homeowners through our business for over 3 years. While he’s on-site bringing your vision to life, Josie works behind the scenes managing the bookkeeping, marketing, and coordinating our crazy family life!

Outside of work, we’re blessed with two beautiful children who keep us on our toes! We love spending time with our family and friends, golfing, fishing, relaxing around an evening fire, and enjoying everything our community has to offer.

One of the greatest parts of owning this business has been meeting so many amazing people and helping clients turn their houses into homes they’re proud of. We’re incredibly thankful for the support we’ve received and look forward to serving our community for years to come.
