Worked on this old girl today :/ What the heck is going on here? Customer ran out of oil we bled her out, than fired her up! The boiler almost gets to temperature and POP the safety relief valve opens because the expansion tank is bad. When it rains it pours! Now the best route to go is replace the expansion tank, feed valve, relief valve and even the Hy-vent to make our lives easier while purging the air out of the system. Got the patient back up and running in no time.

Not the prettiest but we gator Dunn today. Customer is raising the beam in to the floor joist in the basement and we had to prep for it by moving some branch lines and the main trunk for the mono flow heating system that was running straight through the existing beam. Can’t wait to see the finished basement. 😃
