I went on an estimate last night to price a replacement. The other company worked on the wrong unit and said they added 2 pounds of refrigerant. But they never fixed the one they called about. I found a breaker off not tripped in the garage from electrical work they had done last winter.
Raniola Mechanical & Maintenance Corp may be a small business, but I have been troubleshooting Yaughts, commercial, industrial, and residential since 1996, and I practically gave my life to the field. I still have pride in my work.

A dirty filter allows liquid refrigerant to enter the Compressor, and a dirty Condenser causes the Compressor to overheat. An Air Conditioning mechanic's main job is to protect the Compressor. The Compressor is the system's heart. Plus, both lack of maintenance causes the system to overrun to cool the house. Boosting the electrical bill.

What happened here? Hint: Do you know that little PVC line going into your gutter from the AC or sometimes that emergency pipe dripping over your gutters? However, the drain was clogged, and the emergency drain never worked because the drain pan was poorly installed. Raniola Mechanical & MaintenanceCorp can help prevent this. Yes, we are in heating season, but we are already on January 20th. This means off-season deals for cooling, air-conditioning upgrades, and installation deals will be over very soon. Plus, be nice. I will be friendly with the pricing because it is easier to work in the attics in the winter than in the summer.

Its heating season and the craziest thing I hear almost every year at least ones. Are your detectors alarming you? No it was broken going off for no reason so I removed it. Detecters go off if exaust is dumping into ducting of heating systems. Change and check your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. When the weather drops cracks in heat exchangers show up. Do not mess around call a tech.
