When we heard about 92-year-old Gus in Dearborn Heights facing the loss of his home insurance because he couldn't afford a new roof, we knew we had to step up. We worked out a special program that fit his budget and got the job done.
This is exactly why we do what we do. Everyone deserves a roof over their head. It's one of the most basic human needs there is, and Gus spent his whole life working hard for his. We weren't going to let that be taken away from him.

American Standard Roofing is stepping up to help a 92-year-old Dearborn Heights man after Local 4 aired a story about a letter he received from State Farm, saying he had to replace his roof in a matter of weeks or be dropped from his home insurance.
