This pool deck was suffering from shifting and settling slabs do to large joints that had been allowing water in for years slowly washing away good soil under the slabs and creating large empty voids below. The large joints were also allowing dirt, soil and grass to form between the joints, further allowing the pads to shift and eventually break off.
We first raised and shifted the broken sections back into their original positions, then void filled under each slab for long term stability. Once the underslab foam was complete we ground down any high edge of the cracks and caulked and textured with sand!
