We took this open exterior space and turned it into a fully finished, secure, and seamlessly integrated addition. Here is a breakdown of what went into this build:
Full Enclosure: Framed and enclosed the previously open porch area.
Efficiency & Safety: Added premium insulation and fire-rated drywall behind the scenes for year-round comfort and compliance.
Custom Finishes: Upgraded the interior with beautiful Tongue & Groove (T&G) pine walls and custom post wraps.
Structural Updates: Safely converted an existing window space into a brand new, fully functional emergency exit door.
Seamless Exterior: Sealed the build with protective house wrap and installed brand new vinyl siding to perfectly match the existing exterior.
The end result is a beautifully finished, safe, and cozy new space that looks like it was always meant to be there.
