📦 STORAGE UNIT AUCTION – Park Hills 📦
Contents: Unit is packed with bicycles — at least 10 complete bikes plus lots of bike parts (pedal bikes, 10-speeds, Mongoose-style bikes, etc.). There is also at least one pit bike (believed to be in the unit).

✅ How to Bid (Step-by-Step):
1. Look through the photos/video in this post
2. In the comments, type the total price you’re willing to pay for everything in the unit (example: “$250”)
3. Bidding will stay open for a few days
4. When the auction closes, the highest bidder will be contacted through Facebook Messenger

💲 Payment + Deposit:
• Winner must pay: Winning Bid Amount + $100 deposit
• The $100 deposit is refundable once the unit is completely emptied, all debris removed, and the unit is swept clean
• Deposit is returned after clean-out is verified

📍 Pickup Location: Park Hills (local pickup only)

Are you tired of the Facebook giveaways that you have no control over to win? This giveaway is up to you! I created a poem, deciphered correctly, will lead you straight to the ingot in the picture below. Whoever finds the ingot first, I will give $1000 cash to. Simple as that, no strings attached. I created this hunt in lieu of everything going on. Missouri is opening back up and it’s time to get the kids off the couch and out into the parks! Also, I created it for my shameless plugs: Hassell Electric, Hassell Moving, Hassell Storage and Hassell Ivy League Daycare. We are growing!

As many of you already know, Brandon and I have decided to build a learning center in Parkhills, by the sports complex. Pretty soon, if you haven't already heard of it, you will be seeing and hearing the name, Hassell Ivy League everywhere! If not, then I'm doing something wrong!! A page will soon be established and advertisement will start. Just a quick overview, we do not have an opening date yet, but we will be excepting infants, older children, and will also have an afterschool tutoring program. We will have core lessons that will follow Central's curriculum, technology , special classes, and more. All of these things of course will be eased into depending on numbers. Sooner, rather than later, we plan to even have a pre-K class taking 20 students in the morning and 20 students in the afternoon. Please remember this is just a quick overview and everything is still being planned out. I would like to work closely with Central's pre-K and kindergarten teachers to better help my students with school readiness. Prices have not been set yet as I am waiting to see what all I am able to offer. I promise more information will be revealed as progress moves forward. However, if you are looking for a place for your child, feel free to PM me and I would be more than happy to add you to my list of people to contact once enrollment starts. Thank you everyone so much for all the love and support that we have already gained in this adventure!
