As a journeyman electrician you would work independently on various job sites and be expected to complete projects for inspections. We try to enable our employees with as much information as possible during the course of the project and encourage continuous communication with the master electrician and contractors. We cover a large spectrum of electrical work and would value an employee who has experience residential remodel, service work, troubleshooting, and commercial build outs. We are seeking individuals who are self motivated, have great customer relations and enjoy working in the electrical field.

About Ky-Dan Electric, INC.

We are a small, family owned and operated Electrical Contracting company that has been in business since 1994. We specialize in residential remodel, building maintenance and commercial build outs throughout the Twin Cities Metro Area. We are a family friendly company that values our employees and the experience they bring to the job sites. Currently, we have an opening for a fourth year apprentice electrician who is planning and able to complete their needed hours in the near future and take their test to become licensed.

Job Responsibilities

As a fourth year apprentice you would be working alongside another electrician on a variety of jobs. We cover a large spectrum of electrical work and would value an employee who has experience residential remodel, service work, troubleshooting, and commercial build outs. We are seeking individuals who are self motivated, have great customer relations and enjoy working in the electrical field. This position has great opportunity for growth within our business as well as a adding to your personal knowledge and skills in the electrical fied.

Qualifications

Dependable transportation as a work truck is not provided until the individual is licensed.
Already have logged at least three years of hours as an unlicensed Electrician with the Department of Labor and Industry.

Starting to trim out a basement in Rosemount for Kellington Construction. This project has over 250 square feet of floor heat installed!
