We are seeking an experienced and dependable **Groundskeeper** to maintain a high-end, manicured property. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and strong benefits for the right candidate.

**Experience Required:**

* Minimum of 5 years working with professionally maintained or manicured properties
* Strong knowledge of landscaping and property upkeep

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Grass cutting and w**d eating
* Mulching and shrubbery maintenance
* Annual and perennial plant care
* Power washing
* Bush hogging
* Snow removal
* Pool maintenance

**Additional Skills (Preferred):**

* Basic carpentry and painting
* Experience working on a hobby farm (livestock care, fencing, etc.)
* Familiarity with farm equipment (required)

**Candidate Requirements:**

* Self-motivated, hardworking, and dependable
* Trustworthy and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Basic carpentry and painting skills a plus. Someone who has worked on a hobby farm, taking care of livestock and fencing a plus.

Applicant must be able to work alone without someone watching over them. During times applicant may be required to supervise seasonal employees.
