The amazing Juan strikes again. We have been blessed with installations nearly every day for the past few weeks and even throughout the heat, our amazing installers and crew have push pushed through and gotten it done. There have been some pretty miserable attics over the past few weeks, but at the end of the day we were able to get everyone taken care of. One more day of running behind and I think we’ll be caught up and out of the woods.

🚨 THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. 🚨

Unfortunately, this is something we continue to come across far too often.

These units were under a maintenance contract with another local HVAC company and had reportedly been serviced within the last 60 days. Yet when Burton Heat & Air arrived, this is the condition we found them in.

We will not name the company, but it’s extremely disappointing to see customers paying for maintenance and trusting that their equipment is being properly cared for—only to find that the units have clearly not received the attention they should have.

Maintenance isn’t just about showing up. It’s about actually inspecting, cleaning, and properly maintaining the equipment you’re being paid to take care of.

Dirty equipment like this can restrict airflow, decrease efficiency, increase utility costs, put unnecessary strain on the system, and potentially shorten the life of the equipment.

At Burton Heat & Air, we believe our customers deserve better. If you’re paying someone to maintain your HVAC system, you should be able to trust that the job is being done thoroughly and correctly—every single time.

We currently have 50+ people calling about “my thermostat won’t reach what I’m asking for”
It is a Texas heat wave and if you will relax and hold on until the temp breaks in the next day or two, you will save a lot of money.

A lot of the homes, air conditione size and insulation type, age, etc. all play into the factors.

Please be polite to your HVAC staff during these times. We have encountered a few mean ones today.
