New tile shower pan to be installed.

Week 3 on the Southlake project our garage had its texture walls installed with 2 coats of Benjamin Moore paint. The up stairs texture finish is complete and 2 coats of PVA primer are finished.

Rebuild in progress on our Southlake Project

New project we are working on a home in Southlake 4 rooms and the garage had water damaged from the winter time, after the water remeadition. Inspirations was contracted to rebuild the home, install an new heating and cooling system for the home as well as a new natural gas backup generator.

First time refinishing a pool it was challenging but it came out great. The pool got 2 coats of epoxy paint we also installed all new tile.

I copied this story from another page. This same product 4 years ago was $7.49 per sheet.

7/16 OSB $37.55. For those who don’t know, that is less than 1/2 inch, which is the minimal requirement in our area for roof decking and sheathing. This same sheet less than a year ago was $15. This is why construction prices have sky rocketed. It’s not because your contractor price gouging.
