Four horses at the fence, ears forward, waiting. Heads lifted to a sound only they can hear. It is the oldest posture in the pasture — the one every rider learned by heart, the one that meant I am here, and I have been waiting for you.

This relief honors Pete, Picket, Lark, and Norman, four horses lost to the program in 2025 after long lives in service to the children, veterans, and families who came to them for healing. Together they gave tens of thousands of hours of patient, wordless work. They carried grief and laughter in equal measure. They steadied hands that had not been steady in years.
They gave comfort without words, strength without demand, and presence without condition.

Carved in solid ash, for horses who bore the emotional weight of their riders without breaking, offering a steady hoof and strong, gentle eyes. Framed in black walnut, for the quiet dignity they carried into every ring, every lesson, every hand that reached for them. This piece is offered as a gentle yet stoic reminder of the four of them, together again, now waiting at the gate.

A lasting tribute to the horses, and to the family that gave them their purpose.

I love these 20oz black on copper tumblers.

Full American wrap - American flag, Preamble, and inlaid Special Forces crest — these are heading out as a batch order for a charity event and MOH speaker.

Because coffee (or whiskey) hits different when it’s served with the Constitution. ☕🇺🇸

Every one came out with crisp lines and copper shine thanks to the Piburn 2.0 and .us Super Nova.

These come with a story ⬇️

Growing up, my parents hung the original (2nd image) outside of my brother and I’s room. I saw it every day for years, and remembered it up until Sunday, when I made a matching set; one for our house, and one for the family in their new home, for their boys to grow up with.

I messaged my Mother to let her know that I had made one of my own, because it always reminded me of her.

What I found out, and she never told me until now, was that my Grandfather had a side business…. Engraving. He was the one that made the original for our home growing up. He stopped when my grandmother died, 41 years and one month ago.

At times I wondered why I was drawn to some things, skills; only to realize that it’s been in my blood the entire time. Why she waited so long to tell me, I don’t know. Although I find the timing ironic.

As it turns out, God has always got a plan. While it’s not always clear to us, we have to trust the process and live it out. Things get hard, and you’ll get knocked down, but you’ll get there. Just never give up, and trust that He’s got a way of working things out.

I’m on my own journey in exploring my faith, and find more each day that lead me further down the path of Christianity.

Similar to the rock faces of the Grand Canyon, the layers of sawdust in woodworker’s dust collector tells a story.

Each change in color shows a different species of wood, a different project, a different mistake, the fix to that mistake, and the infinite amount of sanding to get that final finish.

Sure, a lot of what we see are time lapse reels and shots of a finished piece. What you don’t see, are the mistakes, the cuts, the splinters, and the endless hours of designing it takes to get to that filtered image you see as you scroll through.

This bag tells a story of learning, of progress, of late nights and early mornings trying to fit the next piece in. It tells a story of how hard I work to maintain a high standard of quality. The fatigue, the frustration, rush of figuring out something new, and the joy of seeing a happy client. That’s what this story tells.
