What a transformation!

This bathroom was originally an undesirable layout. Due to the shower leaking, the whole bathroom was gutted down to the studs. We had all new plumbing installed for the new layout. Hvac vent was re routed. All new moisture resistant sheetrock. Moisture barrier under the flooring. We custom made the shelving and vanity, complete with soft closing drawers. We had the power relocated from behind the door to where it is now. 4 Led can lights were added along with a dimmer switch, and a GFCI protected outlet with a nightlight. Moisture rated exhaust fan/heater combo was also installed, routed outside. We still have a few things to clean and button up, but its almost there!

Prime example of why crawlspace inspections are necessary a couple times a year. This client had a leaking shower for years, but they only noticed after questioning the musty smell and soft floors. Upon further inspection, we quickly determined this bathroom needs to be completey gutted, and remediation needs to take place along with all new plumbing.
